Welcome to The Business, the first edition of my monthly update for Financial Brokers & Advisors on all things New Ireland.

Here I’ll share progress on our core priorities of improving our customer service proposition, further developing our Broker and client facing digital technology, working with our investment partners to deliver strong investment performance and ensuring you and your clients continue to have access to our innovative products and competitive pricing.

Despite Trump’s America first policy causing growing levels of market volatility and uncertainty, March was another busy and productive month for us all in New Ireland, so I’d like to personally thank you all, for the business and the trust that you placed in New Ireland over the course of the month.

This first edition covers a lot of ground, a reflection of the hectic business environment we are all operating in. The content initially features communications relevant to our product lines and service and digital support and is then followed by what’s planned for the month ahead.
