What Broker Portal can do today

We're delighted that all of our Individual New Business application journeys can be fully completed via Broker Portal. This offers you the ability to submit business, including all requirements to New Ireland in a secure manner. This makes it easier and faster for you to transact your new business.

In addition to submitting new business applications, you can now manage your existing New Ireland client policies via Broker Portal. You can Top Up existing policies or arrange a fund switch via Broker Portal for direct processing, speeding up the turnaround times for your clients.

All of your new business and existing business transactions can be managed via our interactive 2 way pipeline.

INTERACTIVE PIPELINE:

The two-way new business and existing business Interactive Pipeline allows you to upload any missing information needed to progress cases to issue. You can use the free text boxes and upload facility for immediate responses, as well as commission confirmation, ID & V upload. No encryption is required, which means a much smoother & faster all round experience.

FUND SWITCHING:

You can now transact fund switches for the majority of New Ireland policies via Broker Portal. Switches can be verified by the client by digital signature and are processed straight though. We issue a confirmation text message sent to your client when the fund switch is completed, usually within 48 hours. Written confirmation is available for you to download from Broker Portal.

YOUR CRM LINKS TO OUR BROKER PORTAL:

Broker Portal is simple and easy to use as it links directly with most Brokers CRM systems - [CRM providers, BIS, Money Advice and Wealth Track], so it allows you to start the client journey in a familiar way, through your own CRM system and allows you to submit New Business straight to New Ireland with a single sign on.

COMMISSION VIEW:

Commission statements are easily accessible and downloaded under our Commissions tab.

REPORTS:

Your full pipeline report will now be available in the portal. The report will allow you to filter to find the information you are looking for and you can now export it to Excel.
