When discussing retirement planning with General Practitioners (GPs) it’s important to remember that certain GPs may already be a member of a pension plan – the GMS superannuation plan. The plan is run by the Health Service Executive (HSE) and in order to be eligible to join a GP must be in receipt of Capitation Fees.
