More than €381 million paid out to customers over the past 4 years

Year on year, the amount of claims being paid is increasing. This reaffirms the commitment that we make to our customers’ financial protection needs, at a time when they need it most.

Main Causes of Claims: approximately 71% of individual Serious Illness claims and 55% of individual Life Cover claims were for cancer and heart related illnesses. 

Young Claimants: 14% of individual Life Cover, 42% of individual Serious illness and 65% of Income Protection claimants were aged 49 or under. 

Male versus Female: 73% of Income Protection claimants were female.
