Following on from our last Broker Portal communication in August, where we updated you on Broker Portal’s growing capability, we are pleased to update you on the latest developments and strongly encourage you to visit our new Broker Portal landing page. Introducing Interactive Pipeline:
Not only does Broker Portal allow you to review your pending and submitted applications, you can now access our new two-way new business Interactive Pipeline feature through the Submitted Applications tab. This allows you to upload any missing information needed to progress these cases to issue, which means less paperwork and a much smoother & faster all round experience.
The benefits of Interactive Pipeline include,
- Free text boxes and upload facility for immediate responses
- No more searching for Department email addresses, just type away and hit ‘enter’
- Commission confirmation, ID & V upload all at the touch of a button
- No encryption required…Protecting your business

What’s Happening Next?
We now have our full suite of Pensions Products available to you through Broker Portal and we are working hard to add our Protection products for early in the New Year.
We are delighted that we now have the majority of core functions available on Broker Portal, with increasing numbers of you transitioning over from our previous support platform, Broker Centre.
