Over the course of June and July we have continued to roll out our New Broker Portal. We’re delighted with the feedback we’ve received, with many of you commenting that it’s easy to use and saves time when submitting business through to it being issued.
Today, I’m delighted to update you on the growing range of supports that Broker Portal now offers and to advise you that further significant developments will be introduced in the coming months.
So what can Broker Portal help you do today?
With effect from July 1st we’ve added Executive Pension Top-Ups. This means that we now have our full suite of Pensions Products available to you through Broker Portal.

- AVC PRSAs
In addition to transacting your new business with New Ireland all of your client policy details are available to view in an easy to navigate format. We are working with the main CRM providers ( BIS already live) to allow you navigate straight to Broker Portal with a single sign on (Wealth Track and Money Advice to follow shortly).
For approx. 70% of New Ireland policies, fund switches can now be processed through Broker Portal. Switches can be verified by the client by digital signature, with a confirmation text message sent to your client, usually within 48 hours. This process reduces the risk of error, as client’s can only switch to funds available to their specific policy and all new fund holdings must add up to exactly 100%. Whilst our Account Managers have been busy setting up Brokers with access to Broker Portal, our development team have continued to innovate and enhance the platform. We’ll be adding the following capability over the coming months
