When you need an immediate answer or particular personal attention on a complex case the Helplines get you directly through to an Underwriter who can provide explanations and answers to your underwriting queries. Our dedicated telephone numbers are available from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). To improve our service to you, calls may be recorded.
Our mailbox can help you with any questions you would like answered before you meet a customer or submit an application. If you want more information about a medical condition, occupation, pastime, financial or residential risk and how it may be underwritten, we will respond within 24 hours. To make sure you get a prompt answer to your query, please provide as much detail as you can.
