Consensus IRIS

With Consensus IRIS you benefit from the collective wisdom of all Irish Pension fund managers in the industry but without any of the perceived risk of choosing a single investment manager.

It follows the unique IRIS lifestyling strategy – so that individuals are invested in the appropriate mix of assets to deliver performance growth and safeguard it as retirement approaches. So, for younger investors a higher proportion of your fund is invested primarily in equities, which out-perform all other assets over the long-term.

As retirement approaches, the accumulated fund is gradually switched into cash and fixed-interest securities (long-dated gilts) that provide a good match for both the tax-free lump sum and the cost of purchasing a pension at retirement.

Pension Water Fund

The Pension Water Fund is an exciting investment exclusively from New Ireland in association with KBC Asset Management. The fund, which was developed in association with KBC Asset Management, is potentially capable of delivering greater returns than traditional equity investments in the medium to long term, as industry increasingly turns to renewable resources for energy. With the forecast increase in demand for alternative energy should come an increase in value of the companies involved in providing it.

The New Ireland Pension Alternative Energy Fund invests in several sectors including:

Fund Charges

Standard product management charge applies to Consensus IRIS

The management charge applying to the Pension Alternative Energy and Pension Water Funds is the standard product management charge plus 0.25% per annum.
