Terms and Conditions of the cash back promotion
1. The offer is available from New Ireland Assurance Company plc, 11-12 Dawson Street, Dublin 2 (Promoter).
2. The offer is only open to:
- residents of the Republic of Ireland who are aged 18 years and over
- all new correctly completed Life Choice protection policy applications (excluding Income Protection) received by the Promoter between 20 January and 2 March 2012
- applications that have been received between 20 January 2012 and 2 March 2012 and where the
- applications have been accepted and the policies have issued by 27 April 2012
- applications which are not replacing an existing policy with the Promoter (the decision of the Promoter in this regard will be final) and
- those who select to pay their premiums by monthly direct debit.
3. The offer is limited to one application per person and only one cash back payment will be made per protection policy (joint/dual policy applications will be treated as one application for the purpose of this condition/offer).
4. Subject to meeting all of these terms and conditions, once we have received your first two monthly premiums on time when due, you will be entitled to receive, subject to a minimum payment of €50 and maximum total payment of €1000, the return of an amount equivalent to your first two monthly premiums by way of cash back.
5. The Promoter will issue your cash back within 60 working days of receiving your second premium payment under the policy. Payments of the cash back will be made by Electronic Funds Transfer or by cheque.
6. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any delay in the issue of policies by 27 April 2012.
7. Applicants who choose to exercise their 30 day cooling off rights are entitled to receive any premiums paid in and this offer will not impact on these rights.
8. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw, amend or extend this offer in whole or in part at any time and for any reason whatsoever.
10. The rules regarding the offer are as set out in this document only. By participating in this offer, all entrants agree to these official rules. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any assurance, verbal or otherwise, given in respect of eligibility or any of the other terms and conditions for this offer.
