• I have lost my policy document, how can I obtain a replacement?

  You will need to complete an Original Policy Document Replacement Form*. Once we have received this in our offices, a new policy document will be issued to you.

  *Please note that for any policies that are held in joint names, all policy owners and trustees where relevant must sign the relevant form/request.

• I have changed my bank account, how do I set up a new direct debit?

  You will need to complete a new Direct Debit Mandate in order to change your direct debit details.

• I have moved house, how can I change the correspondence address on my policy?

  You will need to forward a signed instruction* to us, quoting the relevant policy number(s), confirming your new address.  

  *Please note that for any policies that are held in joint names, all policy owners and trustees where relevant must sign the relevant form/request.

• Can I change the date on which my premium is debited from my bank account?

  Yes, should you wish to amend the date that we collect premiums from your bank account, please contact our Customer Service Team.
